Version 1.0.0

06 January 2026, First Production Release

Released

The Platform Becomes Real

After years of iteration, rebuilding, and restraint, NovaLexy officially enters production. Version 1.0 is the first time the platform fully delivers on its original promise, a unified translation workspace designed for professionals who care about precision.

Unified Workflow

Playground, AI Mentors, and Templates working as one continuous process.

Industry-Grade Evaluation

Deeper feedback on meaning, register, terminology, and stylistic accuracy.

Specialized Mentor Guidance

More role-aware feedback with less noise and more signal.

Stable, Clean Experience

Built for long sessions, consistent, responsive, and dependable.

This isn’t a beginning disguised as a launch. This is the result of waiting until it was worth releasing.

Version 0.9

Mid to Late 2025, Pressure, Limits, and Refinement

Late Alpha

Built Through Constraints

This phase tested everything. As the platform grew, limitations surfaced, technical, structural, and personal. Instead of shipping something fragile, we kept refining until NovaLexy could truly support real work.

What Matured

  • A more reliable and consistent Playground workflow
  • Clearer separation between drafting, evaluation, and refinement
  • Sharper mentor behavior with less noise and more signal
  • A stronger push toward stability, performance, and deployability

By the end of this phase, NovaLexy wasn’t flashy, but it was finally ready.

Internal Alpha

🛠️ The Real Work Begins

In 2024, NovaLexy stopped being an experiment and became a serious internal project. This is when we abandoned shortcuts and rebuilt from the ground up. The Translation Playground was born during this phase, not as a feature, but as a philosophy, practice, evaluate, refine.

What Changed

  • The first true Translation Playground prototype
  • A shift from chat-based outputs to structured evaluation
  • Early mentor logic designed around feedback, not answers
  • A new internal architecture built for depth, not demos

This version was never meant to impress publicly. It was meant to be right.

Exploration

Where It All Started

NovaLexy began as a question, not a product. What if translators had tools built by someone who actually understands the work?

This first phase was intentionally simple. We explored early AI templates and mentor-style chat interactions to see how AI could assist translators without replacing their judgment.

What This Phase Gave Us

  • A first public foundation to test ideas
  • Early templates focused on tone and clarity
  • Initial mentor-style guidance experiments
  • One critical realization, this deserved to be built properly

We didn’t rush. We observed. Then we paused, on purpose.
