These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NovaLexy’s platform, applications, and services. By creating an account or using NovaLexy in any manner, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
By using NovaLexy, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You may use NovaLexy solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
AI output may contain errors, biases, or outdated information. It is your responsibility to review and verify all AI-generated translations or text before relying on them for professional, legal, or academic purposes.
All platform content, trademarks, and code are the exclusive property of NovaLexy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or internal business purposes.
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaLexy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the NovaLexy platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules, conducted in a neutral location agreed upon by both parties, unless prohibited by applicable law. If arbitration is not possible, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of your place of residence.
